When it comes to identifying Eminem’s style, it’s not just about what he’s wearing, it’s about where it’s from, when he wore it, and how it fits into his overall look. My partner Sawyer and I work together to break down each outfit using a combination of research, detective work, and a serious eye for detail.
The Process:
1: Spotting The Outfit
We start by choosing a public appearance, interview, performance, music video, or candid shot of Eminem. We study the photo to identify as many pieces as possible, from jackets, hoodies, and shoes to logos and stitching patterns.
2: Zooming in & Screenshotting
Sawyer and I zoom in on high-res photos to look at unique features, like tags, zippers, seams, or brand logos. If we can’t spot it right away we take a screenshot and run it through a reverse image search.
3: Reverse Searching & Comparing
We’ll search keywords like black Nike tech fleece hoodie and start going through websites like Nike.com. If something looks like a match, we compare side-by-side with the image of Eminem in said item.
4: Confirming the ID
Once we’re confident that it’s the exact item Eminem is wearing, I post them on my account.
